At the October 2009 edition of Leeds Girl Geeks, along with speakers Sarah Hartley and Christine Morris, we presented Her Code; a screening of a short film, bringing together a series of interviews with women in leadership positions across Silicon Valley.

The Her Code: Engendering Change in Silicon Valley study was conducted in the first half of 2009 by Orange Labs’s Pascale Diaine, in San Francisco.

The research culminated in the publication of a comprehensive report and significant insights drawn from various entrepreneurs, directors, product managers and executives; including profiles of many diverse and prominent women, trends data, and a chronology of the most significant careers.
